Free delivery if your order is over £150 is valid only on orders up to 30kg on standard 2-4 day courier service to UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES as listed by Royal Mail . The following locations are classed as remote by our courier and therefore are classed as UK Highlands and Islands and, as such, do not qualify for free shipping: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH18- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
We dispatch orders Monday-Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date you ordered (except during 1st December & 2nd January where deliveries may take longer due to volume received). Where a customer selects the 1-2 day express service via DPD, orders must be received before midday in order for us to delivery within a 2 day window. Orders received after midday will roll over to the next working day and delivery will be 1-2 days from that point. Orders sent through DPD are delivered Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
All orders sent by Royal Mail are delivered with your normal daily post. If they cannot deliver your parcel they will leave a card notifying you and return the parcel to your local sorting office. You can then either collect from the sorting office or contact them directly to arrange redelivery – full details of these options are on the card that’s left.
Courier orders are delivered Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm. It's not possible to specify a time for delivery. If you or the recipient is out and unable to accept the package the courier will often leave a card advising you where they have left your package or how to arrange redelivery. If you have provided delivery instructions such as a nominated neighbour who can recieve the package if you are out or you have advised a safe place for the courier to deliver, we (The Chilli Alchemist) are not responsible for any deliveries if they go missing after being delivered to your nominated persons or place.
Any failed delivery as a result of incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information provided by the customer, or as a result of the recipient not being at the address to sign for the package is not covered in the cost of delivery & additional redelivery or restocking charges may be applied.
Occasionally, we may deem it appropriate to use an alternative courier which will be in the form of an established, recognised & reputable company.

We favour a courier called Skynet for most of our European and international deliveries. We recommend their service as they are reliable, quick, well priced and packages are trackable.
Prices for non-UK deliveries vary by country and by weight. This website will calculate shipping at checkout or you can use the shipping estmation tool underneath each product.
Please note that non-EU customers are responsible for any custom/tax charges applicable in their country.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. Out of stock items may still show on this website but with the term 'Out of stock' next to the item.
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by email or letter. Cancellation must be received before the goods are despatched. If the goods have been despatched you should follow the 'Returns Policy' detailed on this website.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it unused within 7 working days of receipt & we will refund the price. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned, a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received & checked by The Chilli Alchemist.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or replair the item(s) in accordance with your statutory rights. If a signature is requested on delivery and the package is clearly damaged, please reject the package or accept it but sign for it as 'damaged'. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. Please contact us for assistance using the available forms on this website. We are not able to accept returns of some items, please contact us for specific information regarding these.
